Matherboard would post 150fsb only after i boot it at 145fsb! please help

my a7v133 would crash at 150fsb but after i use 145 fsb for a minute, then the 150 fsb would work fine!
please, i want the 300fsb bus speed :), help if you can
 
well, thanks for all your support!
anyway i got it working after i lowerd my ata100 to ata66
my IBM deskstar 75gxp is still doing a good job
