mATX psu's?

I intend to build a small puter based on chieftec mATX dragon cabinet...

The following will go in:
ASUS nforce mATX board
MSI GF4 ti4400
40 gb HDD
DVD drive
FDD

Will it work with the standard 200 watt mATX PSU that comes with the casing?

Reason I'm asking is because the last one went POP after third boot on a 1 ghz tully setup, that used integrated GFX, and so used even less juice.. but then again, the 12V cables read 18.2-19.0 volts... so I reckon it was screwed from the beginning..

You should be able to get by with a 200 watt psu. The only thing that I can see that would be pushing it a bit is the Geforce 4 4400 card.
