Max Payne loads But!!!!

i can load it and play it fine

no problems at all the problems start when i exit out it crashes my system everytime locks up everthing but the mouse ???
any ideas????

I have seen that happen at a friends house, i believe it was resolved with a reinstallation of the video drivers (NVIDIA) and then re-installing the game.

Nvidia just came out with some new, kickin drivers. Use those.

no you guys don't have the right answer. it has to do with an internal dial up modem. you have to disable it before playing. that was the problem for me.. i'm sure that was the cause of his problem while exiting
