max speed of a 3000+ - I know I can go higher!

I've gotten my Venice 3000+ to 2.75, an impressive OC of 950 mhz on stock cooling, but I really want to get to that 3ghz mark, lol
I am using stock cooling, so all I want to do is bench once and turn it back to it's normal 2200 that I keep it at. Would it help that I have new RAM? I bought Corsair XMS 2-3-3-6, it's not bad at all, much much more stable. Anyways, would better temps help me reach higher speeds? I get 45c idle at 2.75, pretty nasty, but would better temps help me bring that up? Or should I just give up and play some FEAR? I've seen it done, a venice at 3.3, but I have no idea what cooling was used or anything. Is it possible to reach that, or do you think I'm pretty much capped at 2.75?

most venices go about there, to actually reach 3ghz, you have to put on extreme voltages/extreme cooling etc

Higher voltages are Hazardous to the Health of you, and your CPU (Mainly to your CPU)

im sure supercooling would help, but there is a point where the memory controller can't keep up anymore.
