Maximum capacity of a SSD to not effect write performance?

I was wondering the maximum capacity used for a 850 EVO SSD to not effect write performance? Samsung says 10% and on the web I see 25% unused.

Always read 25% for speed purposes, but it might change according to brand/how their built.

EDIT: from TPU forums: "You want 10% over provisioning (unallocated) for trash cleanup and trim and don't fill the drive up say at least 30% free." - i would assume the 30% would give you near-full speed ?
