MB selection help

Hey guys, just bought an XP 1600+ today. I need a motherboard that supports this processor and has 6 channel audio, ethernet controller, 1/5 divisor, can use pc3200 ram, and has good overclocking features (multiplier/fsb/vcore/vdimm). Trying to find one that's cheap since this mobo/cpu combo will only be used until Clawhammer. Anyone have any suggestions? This'll be the first computer I have ever built. Thanks.

Oh yeah, it doesn't need to have RAID and I don't mind if it's refurbished or not.

don't kill me if i'm wrong but i've been thinkin about pickin up a new pu and i was told that you can use a 1600+ with either a 8k3a/8k3a+ depending if you need RAID, not sure which supports RAID but i everyone that saiod anything to me told me to get one of those boards.
