MB selection

Any ideas on a great slot a MB?

I've never had a Slot A motherboard, but I HEARD the ones by Abit and Asus were the best.

I have used the Abit KA7, and it performed fairly well. I now see that it is out in a ATA100 edition, too. The only problem is that the slot setup for Athlons is a deadend street. With the prices of CPUs as low as they are, you might be better served switching over to socket a.
