What are the best monitoring and other overclocking utilities for Linux? I'd like to find something like Motherboard monitor and Sisoft.

You might try this page for a program called wcpuid that's pretty cool, and a linux version was just released.

As far as motherboard sensors you can try this page for the linux sensors modules:

You might also try Sourceforge, just do a search for sensor, or what ever else you might want. If Sourceforge doesn't have it, it probably doesn't exist.

There's a few good benchmarks out there, but I don't know of any big massive synthetic benchmarking suites like Sandra or 3dmark for Linux out there.
 
there is software call gkremll, it work like mbm in window. it show temperature of the cpu and system.
