Memory and Mosfets HS overlapping question

Hi,

I bought some BGA ramsinks for my Abit NF7-S Rev 2.0 and was just wondering if it's alright to have a larger BGA cover, say... 2 mosfets or 2 video ram chips? The BGA ram chips are slightly larger than the mosfets themselves, but just perfect for the video ram chips. I just don't want to do anything stupid like short them out or something.

should work just fine..... i have a northbridge hs on all four of my mosfets for my asus board.
