Memory Issue

I'm running ocz pc6400 ddr2-800 dual channel 2gb mem and I keep failing the orthos test at 3ghz on my e6600. I have the settings at 5-5-5-15-4(which comes out at 20 for trc) and its frustrating me getting this error msg:

it also said on other settings like 4-4-4-12 that the rounding was .5------, I have tried 2.00v, 2.05v and I believe 2.10v, im going to try 2.15v @ 5-5-5-15-4 then call it quits. I hope someone can help me with this. I'm running a ocz game x stream box and a coolermaster mars cooling unit on the cpu. My board is an asus p5w dh deluxe. Also the ddr is at 668mhz because i was told to have the 1:1 fsb. if i have to change stuff how can i still attain that also? Thanks.

The facts you are giving (some incomplete, some irevelant) and the question you are asking don't match. Perhaps a little more reading about overclocking is in order.
