Memory Modules and the chips they use(edit)

Can anyone confirm if this site of listed Windbond chips and memory moduels is up to date? I'm looking for the cheapest good ram that can do 215-230mhz with tight timings. So probably PC3500 bh-5 or bh-6? Is there a big difference between CH-5 and BH-5?

if u want bh5/6 its gonna cost u.. some of the newer ch5 may run 2-2-2-5 at 200 especially with higher voltage. also there is some really primo bh5 that guys have oc'd to 250/260 for relatively cheap right here in the forums..
