Memory problems with my XP333-R

My system:

XP1600+
256MB PC2100 from Crucial
Antec SX1040 400watt tower
RAID 0 2-IBM 60gxp's
Cheapie GF2 32MB AGP

Machine was working great, I ordered a second 256MB from Crucial and after putting it in I started getting memory dumps. Bite my tongue for assuming I got a bad chip from Crucial, but I have them send me a new one, which doesnt solve my problem. I've tried swapping them around the banks, and even using the 3rd bank, leaving the second one empty. The system isnt stable and crashes periodically.

This is the first DDR system I've built, so I'm not familiar with this kind of memory. Has anyone else had this type of problem with this board? All of my settings in the BIOS are the default settings, is there something I should change for the memory to be more stable? I noticed theres alot more memory settings on this board than my other KK266 system.

Any help or thoughts appreciated!

Change the voltage to 2.7v.
If that is no help try using the memory in slot zero and two.
