I just got a DC kit (KHX3200A/1G), which is 2x512MB PC3200 Hyper-X memory, and from Kingston's website ( http://www.valueram.com/datasheets/KHX3200AK2_1G.pdf ), they advise the timings for the DIMMS are 2-3-2-6, but I'm not sure whether or not this applies while in DC (I was always under the impression CAS was 2.5 for DC regardless). To add to that, my m/b sets the timings to 2.5-3-3-8 using the "By SPD" settings in BIOS. Anyone care to shed some light for me?! Thanks in advance
:)

Since your ram has the "A" in the product code, its most likely CH-5. Which also corresponds well to the advertised timings.

Timings are not an issue, when considering SC/DC. My setup is DC, and I use 2-2-2-5.

Dont use SPD timings. Configure them manually to 2-3-2-6 in your bios.
