Take a look at this link. It has a very detailed BIOS informational section that explains specifically what each of the RAM timings are, what they mean, etc.

Click on the "BIOS Optimization Guide", and look under the ram timings and you will get good explanations.

Im still no closer to finding out what they are, johnny u have 3-3-2, whats that? grrrr so annoying, cant someone make it 50x easier to read and straight to the point!

memory is one place my knowledge majorly lacks... i am curious as well when somebody lists a large set of numbers like 2-2-2-6-1T, what does each mean? is there some agreed upon order to list them in?

i have never tried to change my timings in my ram much but this summer when i get my canterwood board, i will be messing with it big time...
