I purchased some memory online a while back, PC-2700, was stated to be Micron brand. I noticed in Sandra the memory is listed as Xerox brand... is this normal or did I get ripped off?

Thanks in advance.......

Micron does not produce memory modules, they produce semiconductors. Micron's retail division is called Crucial, and of course they use Micron chips on their modules. If the ram you bought had been advertised as Crucial it would have been misrerpresented, but (assuming it does indeed carry Micron chips) it is as "Micron" a module as possible.
