I have two Thermaltake Smartfans (the original, not the II) acting as exhaust in my case, a quiet led side intake fan, and two generic 80mm fans that came with my case (chieftec dragon) acting as intake.
My pc is pretty loud- especially those twin smartfans. I can deal with it, and have been for a while now, but I've been thinking that it might be nice to have my "white noise machine" run a little quieter
Does anyone have some suggestions? I'd definitely be looking to replace the smartfans, and probably the two generic fans as well (they're not exactly quiet either.) Neato led lighting would be a plus, but is not necessary
The only thing I can think of immediately is Panaflo's; my only concern is that I"d prefer not to loose too much cfm, (I really like the cfm on those smartfans, but damn they are LOUD! Somehow I don't believe TT website's claim of a max of 39db,) however if I want quieter I understand that it will be inevitable.
Thanks!
