Built a mini ITX rig housed in a tiny Spire PowerCube 501 case with a Xeon E3-1230 V3 4 core/8 thread CPU running on an Asus H81I-Plus/CSM mini ITX board. It's powered by a SeaSonic SS350-SFE 350W SFX PSU, and has an MSI GT 730 2 GB GDDR5 Single-Slot, Low-Profile GPU. SSDs are mounted on the other side of the motherboard tray. That tiny fan came from an old Asus motherboard and I velcro'ed it in place to keep hot air from collecting at the top of the case.
Here's photo of it side by side with my budget dual E5-2670 workstation! Below that is a photo of the guts of the mini server, followed by CPU-Z screens.
