Mobo Fitting Question

Ive been thinking about considering buying a case for a pc im building for a freind: "Antec Performance II Series SX835II Workstation Case" and it says it supports up to a 12" (W) x 9.6" (L) 305 (W) x 300 (L) mm mobo and the mobo ive been considering getting for the pc: MSI K7N2-L has board size of: 30.5 cm(L) x 23 cm(W) ATX Form Factor which was like 12.06, 9.1 converted to cm's and was wondering if that there will be enough space in that case for the mobo with everything attached. I would think it would.... the system will have a GF4 TI 4200, 80GB ect, SB LIVE, Athlon XP 2600+ and such. Thanks

30.5 cm is the same as 305 mm. It's a standard size mobo, it should fit fine.

alright thanks man... I thought it would fit but I didnt want to take the chance without having another opinion on it first.
