I had an idea a while back to pop open my television and have a look around. I happened to see a single speaker sitting there all on its own... and that is when I decided that that would not do. So I took my trusty lighter and bared some of the wire that was shrouded by the plastic covering and proceded to attach a ton of speakers! So far I have 12 speakers now... and it sounds ok. But Here's my dilema... It's all MONO!!! I was wondering if anyone knew how to make a mono to stereo circuit or maybe where I could by one! BTW, I live up here in Canada... so think of Canadian places and currency please.

I think the problem is your TV is only making it mono. I think what you're going to need to do is buy a reciever, split the video into the TV, and then use the speaker jacks on the reciever. I don't know how much this will cost.

Good Luck!

drunk monkey has a good idea. i think that would be best, can't think of anything cheaper, plus you get a vcr.

here in the states u can find a cheap stero vcr almost everywhere for like 50 to 80 bucks.. but its crap if u really care about ur tapes LOL

scratch that, it will only work if u just wanna look at channel 3, do u have satillite, cable, or digital cabel???
totally different subjedct.. well it's same subject but is it possible to hook up cable to my reciever if it doesn't have a cable input?

Well. I have a sony reciever but the problem is that it is in "protect" mode... something broke on it I assume and I am too cheap to spend the money to repair it right now... o0(unless someone wants to donate some money to me?¿). I had a VCR... but that broke too.... that was my fault though.... had to tweak it and I ended up turning one to many screws loose! LoL! Anway, I have a satelite upstairs, but I don't have a reciever for my television downstairs yet, so right now I just have regular basic cable. I have some old ciruit boards that allow me to input AV jacks, so I guess I could just solder some of those together so that I get a board eventually and then run that to my speakers! Anyway, if you guys can think of anything else that would be cool.
