morgan or not?

hey, i got a 1 gig duron as a temp replacement for my dead (bow down) agoga 1700. it seems to be a pretty good o/c'er. only thing is i thought all the 1 gig durons were morgans but noticed in the cpu database there are listings for 1 gig morgan and non-morgan durons. how to tell? different stepping?

All Durons above and including 1GHz should be Durons. The CPU database is not always accurate as the results rely on people posting their specs.
