I'm building an amd system for my brother and was looking into getting an ECS K7TZA rev3 board. Its 60.00 at pcboost.com and via kt133a chipset. Anyone got anymore info about this board?? he's not an overclocker and wo'nt be doing anything wierd with the computer- will probably get a 1.2 or 1.33 for it.

K7TZA do you mean K7VZA , yes you must I don't have any hands on experience but maybe you can get what your looking for at amtron.com thats who produces the mobo. Try some sites that deal in product reviews like tomshardware.com if they don't have what you need use a search engine google.com comes to mind. Just type in "motherboard reviews" with the "" or type in the model of board use your imagination.

By the way if you put phrases in quotations you get exact searchs for what your looking for , if you don't use the quotations your search engine will search each word in the phrase.

Good luck

I havent tried the ECS board , but they make a good product for the price ,, however I can reccomend the FIC AZ11 or AZ11e for a good budget board if your not overclocking , I have built a bunch of these and like them ,, anad tech has reviews of both I think.

Cannot make recomendation for a good inexpensive motherboard but I can tell you a brand to stay away from...PCchips... they sound good as far as features for the money but are a very poor performing motherboard... or the 810 series that I have experience with anyway...good luck !!!
