motherboard remoendation for celeron 1200????

i was given a celeron 1200 and it doesnt work with my gigabyte 440bxe, i figured this might happen cos its old n ****. i was wondering is there ne way to make it work? or if i need a motherboard which would you recomend? i would like to overclock it as well

An ABIT-ST6 or an ABIT-VH6T would do the the trick. You'd have to do the volt mod on the Celeron for any board you choose.

But i could also propose the mobo i'm using
