i'm going to start building my own computer.i just don't know what kind of motherboard i need.i want one that i can upgrade the cpu when i get some extra money.i also want the board to be easly overclockable. thanks

One of the better boards is the Asus CUSL2 (or CUSL2-C without integrated video). Asus makes good overclockable boards. :)
 
I have to disagree on this one ,,the ASUS boards of late have been plauged with problems ,there are entire sites devoted to fixing inherent problems with them ,(the cusl2 is the only one I can reccomend ,and not very highly). Abit also seems to be losing it ,a friend that is a wholesaler told me he has about a 35% RMA rate on the new abit boards . these 2 manufactirers had a reputation for high quality ,,now they are just known for high prices :p
