mounting sk6 heatsink on kg7/epox 8k7a

Does anoyone know how hard it is to mount this heatsink? It has pretty big dimensions and my mother board is surrounded with capacitors.

I have the SK6 on my MSI K7 Master and there is no problem with it. I have a G/W WBK-38 on my Duron sys and put it on the MSI mobo and no problems, it's not all that BIG at all, is is even a little smaller then the WBK-38.

I've had the WBK38 on the 8K7A very easily. Good heatsink, good board.

The SK-6 is a small heatsink but works very well. My Asus board can't have anything much bigger than the socket so this was a perfect match.
