To those of you who are using the maze2. Are you guys using the nylon nuts and bolts? I really don't like the way the block wiggle around using the nylon stuff. If I switch to using metal nuts and bolts will that be any ill effect(frying my board). Also how far are the springs is to be compressed?

many Thanks

I used metal standoffs on the motherboard with nylon shoulder washers on the top side, nylon nuts on the bottom side and metal screws with springs down through the block into the standoffs, pretty much like Swiftech MC-462 or MCW462 system. Worked great.

I used what came with it. The Nylon nuts and bolts. I tightened it down pretty much till it could go anymore. Springs all the way compressed basicly. It doesn't move a bit. If i didn't tighten it down like that, it would tilt just a very slight bit and my temps would skyrocket. I had no chioce but to really crank it down.

I use steel nuts and bolts and replaced the springs with some longer, stronger springs. Applying about 35lb force using the springs and it's solid as a rock :)
