Mouse button "Sticking" in Battlefield 1942 (MX700)

Anybody ever have problems with mouse button sticking (software problem, not hardware). It happens to both buttons, only happens in battlefield 1942 (that i know of). Im pretty sure its software not hardware because a second click always unsticks it and it started happening to both buttons at the same time. It doesnt happen all the time, maybe 1/4 of the time, maybe a bit less. Latest mouseware, latest battlefield version.

Any ideas??

are you running any of logitecs software. I uninstalled all that junk and after a 3 day lan party i had none of the issutes you descriped with 1942 or anyother games for that matter/

yeah, i am using all their software, but i have never had a problem with any of it before. I did even try uninstalling it the other day and it didnt seem to solve the problem, but i might try that again.

I have a problem similar to that. When your scroll through weapons/inventory it sticks. And you can't do anything about it.

yeah, i used to have that scroll wheel problem too, i think a newer version of mouseware fixed that for me. I dont have it anymore, but i dont remember exactly what fixed it. It was either mouseware or battlefield version change.

found the problem... Mouse was just a bit too far from the base station (that and my monitor was between the mouse and the base). Either way, i moved the base to the other side of my desk and it works perfectly.
