First off their overclocking sucks!!
I have friends that have told me that their MSI motherboards stopped working, a short time after they overclocked it.
Also, if you have windows 98, xp, or 2000, their Fuzzy Logic 3.2.60.0 does not work correctly. In my experience, I have tried to over clock their Pro5 motherboard but have failed miserabley. I waited 2 days for a response from their support department but no one returned my email. So I said, to hell with MSI and returned my motherboard.

On a bullitonboard i read the following answer:

" I'd recommend the Abit TH7II for an i850 solution (RAMBUS) and the Asus P4B266 for an

i845D solution (DDR2100). The Asus P4S333 is a nice board utilising the new SiS645

(DDR2700) chipset, and has very minimal problems as compared to the other SiS645 boards

(MSI 645 Ultra for one...) "

So i tried the Abit and it works fine. Overclocked my p4 1.6ghz to 2.0ghz.

good luck..

Thanks

Thank you but i got my new TH7-II raid yesterday so i am happy. :D
