MSI K7T PRO 2A hard drive problem

I finally got unlazy and set this board up w/1Ghz TBird. Only two problems. It didn't like 2 SCSI cards, and it keeps showing my two ATA100 hard drives twice. Has anyone had the hard drive problem, or know how to get rid if it? Nothing harmful, just annoying.
