Hi all.
I have Thunderbird 800Mhz, MSI K7T PRO SOCKET A (6330) motherboard, and I don´t seem to get the multiplier settings, even when I closet the L1-bridges. (tried it with a regular pencil and a silver)

Doesn´t my MOBO support it, I don´t see any multiplier settings in the BIOS.

Can someone help me with this ?

Thanks..........

If I'm not mistaken, only the K7Tpro2 and pro2-a support multiplier adjustments of unlocked AMD processors.

Yes, you are right...the MSI K7T Pro does not allow OC'ing. Only the Pro 2 (A) and the K7T Turbo (6330 Ver 3.0) do allow FSB and multiplier overclocking in the BIOS settings

Hey, my friend happen to own a MSI 6330 m/b as well. I am not too sure about the exact Model, it could be either K7T pro or K7T pro 2A.

The thing is, that mobo came with AMI bios. I have read MSI's site to learn about the changeover to Award Flash. But the info provided was too little for me to take up the venture. I hate the bloody stupid AMI flash already, it gives too little tweaking functions.

Any expert has done that before ? Would you like to share the experience and the utility file as well. (it appears that the utility I download is not the one for the switch bois one).

Thanks
