I have an ATHLON 1 ghz on an MSI K7T Pro mobo..

I am using everything stock. Is there anything i should upgrade??
 
Heatsink/fan combo and maybe some case fans for the front (intake) and one in the back (exhaust). Do you have the latest BIOS and VIA drivers?
 
No.. everything is stock.. heatsink/fan is already there.. I wouldn't turn it on if it wasn't
