Ok I have a 750 duron and a k7t turbo board. I am running it at 7.5x133 for 1000 but I want to lower the multiplier and raise the fsb. The problem I have is that I cannot go below the default multiplier of 7.5. I have heard there is a oc bios for this board but cant seem to find it. I have unlocked the chip by pencil and can use all the multipliers upto 10.5 with no problem. I want to get to 7x143 or so maybe even lower multiplier and higher fsb. Can anyone help me out.

I think this is what you are looking for. It is in the BIOS upgrade section in the MSI homepage. Be carefull.

AWARD(R) BETA BIOS REVISION HISTORY:
1. This is the AWARD(R) V1.0B16 Special BIOS
2. This BIOS fixes the following problems of the previous version:
- Speed up DRAM Refresh time, AGP performance and IDE UDMA
performance.
- add ratio range below CPU normal ratio

Note: This BIOS is intended for Power User & Overclockers. User can
try it at their own risk.

Special Note:
During BIOS flashing procedure on K7T Pro2 or K7T Pro2A. Screen will show
"The program file's BIOS lock string does not match with your system"
answer : Use /nbl parameter
For example: awdfl789 w6330vms.240 /nbl

Thanks for the info I never thought to use the k7t pro bios. I will flash and let you know what happens. Thanks again.

It is a MSI K7T Turbo BIOS that MSI uses, the K7T Pro2 or K7T Pro2A is an example MSI uses. The cut and paste was from the MSI K7T Turbo BIOS update.

I just tried to flash and it said the bios doesnt match my chechsum or something. It kicks be back to dos. This is what I did.

a: awfl789 w6330vsp.10g /ndl

Is that right or am I doing something wrong?
