MSI K7T TURBO ver. 3.0 with Beta bios ?

I have a K7T turbo board ver.3.0 and I would like to flash the V1.0B14/16 beta bios (or shouldnt i ?)
I noticed on MSI's bios page it says MSI TURBO ver. 3.0 B
Will it work with my v. 3.0 board ?
Well the only thing I want is the 4-way memory interleave function...(and the lower multipliers of course...)
My current (shipped) bios version as shown in Sandra is v. 2.2
One more question
I have SPD enebled as it seems to give better memory performance. Does it enables 4 way memory interleave ?
