msi kt3 ultra2 + wire trick = working?? yes or no??

it'll will unlock tbred B but only for multiplier <13 .. if i need higher can i do this wire trick ??

I thought the wire trick was for volts closing the last L3 bridge was for the multys someone correct me if I am wrong.
