MSI Motherboard Bios flashing question?

I am using MSI K7T Pro 2A, original Bios, never flash bios before, hear a lot of horrible story if you don't do it right. Live Bios come with mobo, is it easy to use, and safe to use? Which bios is the best right now? Thankyou!!!

I've never used the live bios update myself, but several of my friends have, and they say it's very easy to use. You really don't have to do anything yourself, the program does it all for you (i.e. downloads the newest compatible biosversion from MSI homepage and flashes it).

I agree, it is so very simple, and to do it the hard way is also easier if LiveBIOS doesn't work, I have alot of experiance with MSI boards, so any help you need, just hollar at me.

Thankyou you guys, i have two computers, one old K350 i bought 21/2 year old, and the new one i built, only have one monitor, i have to switch around all the time, as soon as i get new monitor, i will do a bios upgrade, i will need you guy help.
