Well after finally getting the watercooling set up I searched like crazy for a voltage mod for my board and finally found it here: http://www.ocinside.de/html/workshop/msi_k7tpro2a_vcore.html
I went and got a 0-10Kohm trimmer and set it at 6.5Kohm with my multimeter and booted up and I now have the bird running at 1300 w/2.o vcore

I had it up to 1313 with the multiplier at 12.5 and fsb at 106 with a vcore of 2.15v but the wife blew out a candle and it scared the crap out of me cause I thought I smelled the voltage regulator or the bird burnin. I think there is a little bit more I can get out of it. Right now it is at [email protected] 34C idle and 37C full load.
