Hey y'all, upgrading from a 4790k to 9700k with the Z390A-Pro MSI board. I had the ROG Maximus Vii Hero before. I am running into a couple of issues. The biggest issue is that USB hot plugging is not working. I cannot unplug a usb device and plug it back in (or plug in a new one) it will just not recognize.
Some drivers like the Chipset and Management Engine drivers do not want to complete their progress bars and I am forced to end the tasks.
When I attempt to scan changes or manually uninstall a device in Device Manager, the process will never end.
I have attempted to upgrade Windows with keeping my files. I would of course love to not have to fresh install.
Any tips?
