Multi-Monitor Question

How can I make my computer have 2 monitors
but only 1 display. In other words the same thing
on both monitors. I can do this with a spliting
box of some type, but I want to use 2 video cards
and 2 monitors, but have the same thing on each.

What I am trying to accomplish is having 2 video cards,
one at 640x480 or so, the other at 1024x768.
But display the same thing, just at different sizes.

Can this be done? How?

I believe this is what ATI's Hydravision is for.I don't know exactly what it can do and can't do but you can put the screnn on both you monitor and TV at the same time or 2 comp screens. Here's a link that has what hydravision does
