Right now I have an AMD k6-2 400mhz cpu installed on a shuttle hot-591p mobo. I can't get the board to run stable with a 100mhz bus speed. The way I have it set now, it shows the 400 cpu running at 360. Can I use the multiplier jumpers to increase this speed? If so, will I need to change the core voltage? I have the bus speed set at 90mhz, it won't go to 100 without crashing. I would greatly appreciate any help on this!!!

AFAIK you can change the multiplier, but before you do that, do you use a thermal pad ?
If so: get rid of it and use some thermal goop, cuz I know these K6's can get real hot, and they're supposed to run @ 100MHz FSB.
I think it's a heat problem, what are your temps? and what kind of HSF do you use?
