This depends on your overclocking goal and whether you want as much memory bandwidth and performance as possible. If you can run at 174 FSB (3.13 gig) and use the 4:5 memory ratio (assuming that mobo has that setting), then you will be running the RAM at DDR435 (which is right at what PC3500 is rated for). If your goal is more than 174 FSB then you'll need to drop down to the 1:1 ratio or use faster RAM (like PC3700) or hope the RAM you get overclocks very well. Might check into Mushkin PC3500 black label or Corsair XMS PC3500-C2 (not the PC3200 like you listed).
