Its not the delidding that scares or bothers me, Its the mounting of the AIO block and making good contact as Thermal Griz dont sell delidding frames past the Ryzen 7 market.
Ive been doing stability tests all evening and i had to back off of my OC on the cpu and now i stay under 95C rather easily so i dont think i need the delidding afterall. Ill just send it back to Amazon for a refund.

I found the delidding mounting frame that works with a Ryzen 9 setup. Maybe ill just hold onto everything and buy the holder next payday.

What is up with those scores, Your PC on Meth again?
Im in Windows hell and now my 4TB game drive isnt even showing up.
It will take days to fix all this, All because i corrupted windows so bad it was slow and booted even slower.

EDIT: So i went back and im gonna try and get Ghost to load and work. It has a wonky install process so im slow to catch on.
I have no Bluetooth working and my lan drivers arent installed right on this version so its gonna be a battle.
Why my 4TB Crucial t500 isnt showing up happened out of the blue so hopefully i get that back up and running.

EDIT2: i made it just under 4days left for an Amazon return its deader than a cat in China. Somehow in the mess my 2TB Crucial 705 was useless and while it powered on and showed up i couldnt write anything to it. I finally got it to respond and take my install. Im loosing faith in Crucial.

I have never seen someone bork windows doing....????..... as you bub.

Tighten it up! :p

Install them (wifi/bt). You should have them on a USB stick. ;)
It wasnt so much as borked as it was slowed down. Its bad enough if a user can see the slowness. Boot times got excessive also even with Memory restore context.
Everything says my BT is fine,But it wont discover my Audio system.im just ordering a cable thats high end too connect the two. Now my driver issues are my network controller but yet it still works despite windows saying there is a driver missing.
I need to call Amazon and have them replace the T500 instead of refunding the money.
Ive never had a drive ever die on me,Not a good feeling when its a $300+ part.

Im also returning the delidding tool and liquid metal for a refund.
Bad overclocks still wreck windows.
Yes they do,Ive borked man installs in the past.

I forgot to mention i put a 5" display screen in to show sensor readings, Ill take a pic when i get it hooked back up.
They use their own software and you can make your own too and is free software unlike Aida64 which i refuse to pay for.

I am saying your current overclock is bad. If you keep on wrecking installs, it is definitely your settings..
what i tried was bad, what its at is 200Mhz on the cpu. It passed many hours of testing but im gonna retest just because you doubt me.
My ram is even at Expo setting as i have nothing to gain there. Im being alot most strickt with my OC's as i want stability over speed.
Sometime i get a hair up my arse and try a weird setting and thats what caused the issues, But for 24/7 running its all good.

The thing with these CPU's is that p95 just tests lower all core clocks, these CPUs boost with light loads, so you gotta test that too. When I flash a screen showing max effective clocks, that is light load stuff that the CPU will trip over if your power limits are not set correctly, or your curve is too steep. This 9900X is east to tune, but I ran my 5900X for 4 years or so, and that was my teacher. I actually treat this CPU a bit rougher than my 5900X just because it seems to like it.

Its like when you were a kid beating up that other kid that had a big mouth. After you busted his lip and knocked him down he still calls you a pussy and says you punch like a girl. That is sort of what this CPU is like. My board is an ok starter board, but if I want more from the CPU, I will have to get a better board.

I like 32M per core/thread. Takes care of those awkward blink outs lol.. TM5 is a memory test, but it really pushes cores/threads to their peak, just like Pi :)

I got C28 stable, just needed some extra voltage heh..

HWiNFO glitched on my mem temps, both sticks run within 2c of each other, I have a fan on them.

CL28 is killer for 6400Mhz, Im at CL32 with mine at 6400Mhz stock. I may need to work on my timings a bit but im still trying to get everything back to normal after this windows reinstall.
Im running my CPU at stock settings and that keeps my temps at 90C max.

You guys need to download some more ram, Ive yet to feel a slow down since i downloaded mine. :)

I have another set to pair up with this, but I have to run them all a lot slower that what I am running now. The challenge to get them all running the way I would like is there, I have put up a good fight, but not good enough. I hate giving up, especially when I can see other people doing it.. maybe its my board, my CPU, or me. I will revisit when I am not so new to tuning DDR5.

Ill be the first to admit that 32GB will run most PC's well even for gaming. I still have my 32GB set just in case for spares.
This guy got 4x24GB running at 6400Mhz CL32
I just keep mine stock as its at the 1:1 Max and id have to get 8000Mhz 2:1 to equal the speed.
Personally, ive had horrible luck in OC'ing DDR5 Most is out of lack of knowledge and even if i did my settings are what id aim for anyhow.
I NEED to learn my bios but its the most complicated thing i could imagine. I even run my CPU at stock and running Prime i stay in the mid 80's
I prefer the lower temps over a 200Mhz OC which will hit throttling with 262W
