My downloads freeze.

HELP!!!....Okay when I try to download a file. It gets to about 95-99% finish, and it just stops...I am not using any type of download manager. Ive tried disabling my firewall, Anti-Virus. Ive tried shutting everything off that I run in the backround.
I also have tried saving to the hard drive and Ive also tried it by clicking on "open". I dont know what to do.

i had a problem like this with IE5...i had to install a newer version of IE.

have you tried MYIE2?

Either that, or mozilla; availabe at www.mozilla.org Im thinking it is just an IE problem too. You could try a DL manager also.
