I made this at a local maching shop that did the work for me for FREE. I designed this block and took a small part in actually milliing it due to company policy... but never the less.. PIC'S

that might be tough, i have a spare one lying around i could open it up... basically there is just a rectangle conforming right around all three barbs. its is pretty straight forward, the base is 2mm thin, and the cooling is superb. With a 1800+ @ 2.3Ghz 2.15vc i run about 37 full load with 30C room temp. Im using an escort heatercore, and a Maxijet 1200 (315 GPH) pump.
