I need suggestions for overclocking or any kind of optimizes for anyone who has close to what I have. I have a Raidmax Scorpio 868w, would you suggest any modifications that i can do to it? Also how good would you say this setup is?

Radeon 9800PRO @stock
Corsair XMS 3200 drr400 @stock
WD Raptor 74gb 10k rpm
5 case fans

If you really wanting to overclock you cpu then you might be about to get 11.220 or something depending on your full laod temp and just how good you coll your cpu and many other thing's.

I'm using a ThermalTake Volcano 12 Extreme, and I swear at 5800 rpm its a small vaccum cleaner! What would you recommend a safe number to O'C it, just enough for me to feel a difference, but not fry the cpu in 6 months?Also if i overclock the radeon 9800 to xt speeds is it a big performance gain? And would there be a reason to flash it?

i would try 11x210 for starter's and run prime 95 for 12 hour to make sure it's stable and use mbm5 to get your full load temp you may need to up the vcore or vdd or vddim alitte.
