I believe that my speakers are dead:( I was sitting here listening to some real good music and decided to play with my settings to adjust the Bass and all. I think I may have over did it. Next thing I know, My SUB stops playing and just starts HUMMING. Thats it not but a bone chilling Hum.

So I believe that its time to purchase some more Speakers.

maybe you should try uninstalling your speaker tweaking software, then the drivers, and then just intall the bare drivers and see what happens

Maybe it could be.. Try testing them else wear (Perhaps you have a discmen or something). Another thing is your sound card can be doing this to it, sending out some weird signals.

Yodums

NOPE I know a blown amp when I hear one. The constant huumm is a for sure sign of some damage. So please belive that I will be getting some more in the next couple of weeks.

If you like to play your music that loud why don't you get a seperate home theater receiver and speakers?

Thats what I do:)
