$280 for the tower
$30 for VGA block
$60 for both HDD coolers
$400 including shipping and tax for water cooling alone.

I would add the $230 Lian Li case that I had to buy to accommodate the water cooling, plus the Chipset heats sinks ($7) Silverstone fan ($15) and the 5.25 Drive Cage ($20)

Grand Total:
$680
