I just did a search for hip6302 on www.google.com and found this http://www.intersil.com/data/fn/fn4/fn4766/FN4766.pdf
Hope that helps. It looks like the same basic chip.

Thanks much! Now if I can work up the guts to void my warranty! What do you think? I got a T-Bird 1.0 ghz overclocked to 1.5ghz. I should be happy I know! But will doing this voltage Mod get me to 1.55, or even further 1.6ghz? How bout going with a 1.2ghz? Will that get me to 1.6 or 1.7? Pretty good with a soldering iron. I bought the same one from Radio Shack you did, but it was to turn my Promise Ultra 66 into a Raid controller. To which I haven't done just yet. Got problems trying to upgrade the BIOS on it! But thats another story.

I'll assume you're at the max stock voltage of 1.85V now. I'd say you can get 1.6gigs out of it with the mod but you'll need to really watch your cooling. I'd try not to go much over 2.0 V.
