ne way of improvin my temps

ok i finally got the prob with the temps finished, they r now 42idle 45underload (this is with my duron 1.3 overclocked to 1.435). I have a maxXxpert waterblock, and EHEIM 1005 pump, two reservoirs(one is a filler for the pump so it never runs on air) and nothing but compresion fittings (except for the waterblock) o and the coolant is windscreen fluid in a 10:90 mixture(windscreenfluid water). is there anyway of makin it colder without changin my setup (just the fluid).

do you have a radiator? I know you said you didn't want to change your setup, I'm just clarifying.
