Need a cheap crappy HS

My roommates gateway is overheating. I know all the nice heatsinks, but I don't know any mediocre ones. He doesn't want to spend more than $20. It's an Athlon 1.2 Ghz(200 FSB). Anyone got any ideas?

We want one that is quiet too...

that is if you get a top of the line crappy HSF. I was thinking something like an older Volcano. But I really know nothing about cheap HSF. I was hoping someone had some Ideas.

My favourite overpriced local comp shop has ThermalTakes (unknown model) for $10. Your local shops or BB might have something similar. Aluminum with quiet fan... well... I guess it was quiet. I couldn't hear it over the Deltas in here.

I used one on a TB 1333@1500 for 2 weeks.
