I just got an antec solo and I need a 92mm fan for the front. Not sure where or what brand to get. I know yate loons are highly recommended, but for 120mm.

Does the 92mm come in different thickness'?

kind of depends on what your goals are.
Quiet?
High flow?
both?

also,
I would cut out that grill over the fan. I rarely put my fingers near the fan and the outlets aren't so much of a problem as the intakes. The pushing ramp of a fan blade is the outermost portion of a fan's outlet, whereas the intake has the fan blades' cutting edge as their outermost portion.
Removing that grill will make the fan quieter, give it better flow, but make it a little precarious.
(I'll sometime put my finger in a fan exhaust to confirm that it is operating, but I wouldn't put my finger into an intake (except for maybe at the fan's hub).

i guess i need efficient. Quiet would be nice, but I would rather have good airflow. How do i know whether i need the 92x25 or 92x38? Is there a difference besides thickness as far as airflow?

The 38mm will have better pressure. If it is completely open (no grills, filters, etc) the 25mm will do fine.
