Need a good kvm. Any suggestions?

Hi all, i just bought a 4 port belkin OmniView E kvm switch today and i am very unhappy with it, the picture is blurry when only running at 1024x768 and when switching from computer to computer sometimes all goes well, and others the mouse is irratic and the keyboard doesnt work. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a decent 4 port kvm switch for $100 or less that is compatible with both linux and windows? If one even exists... Thanks in advance!

I have a 2 port and a 4 port Linksys proconnect. They both work great and the picture looks good. They claim they are good up to 1920xsomething resolution.

im very happy with my belkin 2 port E series switch, but i implore you to invest in good cabling, it can really make it seem bad.
Im currently running 1280x1024 with no issues

I have an IOgear one that came with the cables. No problems with it.
